Interview with Mrs. Carl McFatridge, wife of Carl McFatridge and co-founder of Carl's Tasty Sausage, and Billy Ed McFatridge, son of the founders and President of Carl's Tasty Sausage. Mrs. McFatridge discusses her and her husband's family backgrounds, as well as the founding of the company, early production and distribution methods and problems, and her husband's death in 1967. Billy Ed McFatridge talks about his early work experience, education, and the church ministry, as well as the growth and changes in production methods, equipment, facilities, territory, product lines, and employees. McFatridge also discusses sources of supply, pricing problems, and government regulations.
